Summary

About 940 hours of senior work. Completed in four weeks.

At a realistic senior pace of about 160 focused hours a month, this scope is roughly six months of full-time specialist work, or a whole quarter from a small three-person team. The work was completed in one four-week project, and a person checked every change before it went live.

How we estimated the time

Manual-hour estimates are based on individual types of work: long-form rewrites at 4 to 5 hours per post, including data updates and schema; designed landing pages at 10 to 14 hours, including research and QA; competitor checks at about 45 minutes per company; and development at a typical senior pace. The estimates assume a skilled specialist already knows the website and tools. They do not include onboarding, meetings, or time spent switching between projects. A real agency project with normal coordination would usually take more than six months. Every My Site Buddy change was checked by a person before it went live.

One client. One month. Work reviewed before it went live.

My Site Buddy keeps a website’s request, work, and review in one place. An experienced person checks important changes before they go live.
