Documented client project

A dispatch map, staff calendar and mobile app. One connected project.

A bed bug treatment business needed its phone and field teams to see upcoming jobs and make better scheduling decisions. The staff tools and completed website work were released to the client's production site over 14 calendar days. The owner reports about two hours of personal input; reproducing the documented scope manually is estimated at 91–160 specialist hours.

Time and effort

About 2 hours of owner input. 91–160 hours estimated by hand.

The owner supplied the approximate hands-on figure. The specialist figure is a retrospective estimate for reproducing the completed scope; the uploaded timeline does not contain a labor timesheet.

Owner-reported input

~2 hours

The owner estimates spending about two hours personally directing and reviewing this project. This is firsthand, approximate input—not a reconstructed timesheet for all people or tools involved.

Estimated manual reproduction

91–160 hours

About 11.4–20 eight-hour specialist days, summed from the 15 non-overlapping scopes grouped into the work cards below. This is a planning estimate, not BBS labor.

Illustrative difference

~89–158 hours

Manual specialist estimate minus owner-reported input. The two figures measure different things, so this is not a measured total labor saving or a speed multiplier.

Recorded delivery window

14 calendar days

September 18–October 1, 2026, inclusive. The documented BBS deliverables were released to its production site. This is elapsed project time, not hours worked.

Recorded turnaround examples

Distinct request-to-readiness and approval-to-deployment intervals. Elapsed clock time, not active work or a total to add together.

What was delivered

From a scheduling request to staff tools and site improvements.

These work items cover the same 14-day window. The map and calendar were built on an existing WordPress/HighLevel foundation and a supplied reference guide, not invented from scratch.

WORK ITEM 01 / 09

Protected dispatch map

Phone staff needed a way to see upcoming appointments and compare a prospective address with existing work.

  • HighLevel appointments and contact fields feed a guarded server-side layer; job and truck/tech filters support dispatch decisions.
  • Address lookup and driving-time estimates help compare routes; missing or approximate locations stay visible rather than being silently guessed.
  • Cached data is not an instantaneous live feed, and routing is not traffic-aware.

Estimated manual reproduction: 16–24 hrs

WORK ITEM 02 / 09

Connected staff calendar

A phone-friendly list and month view reuse the same appointment data rather than creating another schedule to maintain.

  • Staff can view times, assignments and job details, call customers, and open directions.
  • Jobs without a map pin remain in the schedule; remembered filters and the business timezone keep the view useful.
  • This is a custom HighLevel-connected calendar interface, not a separate Google Calendar integration.

Estimated manual reproduction: 8–14 hrs

WORK ITEM 03 / 09

Installable staff mobile web app

The requested Calendar and Map were brought together in one protected, installable web application.

  • Calendar/Map tabs, installation help, refresh, shared password unlock and phone-friendly navigation were added.
  • The protected app uses a generic offline screen instead of caching private customer jobs.
  • Browser installation checks passed; installation on physical devices has not been independently confirmed. This is not a native app-store app.

Estimated manual reproduction: 6–10 hrs

WORK ITEM 04 / 09

Website, quote flow and resource center

The existing public site gained compact layouts, a simpler quote flow, regional/office pages and better article navigation.

  • Services, About, Contact, Quote and treatment layouts were refined within the existing theme.
  • A shared quote dialog, service-area and five office layouts/maps, and resource-center templates and topic URLs were delivered.
  • No lead or conversion uplift has been measured.

Estimated manual reproduction: 30–54 hrs

WORK ITEM 05 / 09

Search, content and image repairs

Targeted technical and factual repairs were shipped through versioned content changes; this was not a comprehensive SEO program.

  • A cross-domain canonical was corrected and 28 city-parent URLs redirect to existing treatment pages without deleting the structural parent records.
  • Office entities and three selected pricing/health articles received source-backed corrections; eight content/SEO migrations shipped in the September 30 batch.
  • Twelve image originals were preserved while 51 responsive WebP variants were generated. The measured 87.45% reduction compares one largest variant per original with the originals, not whole-page weight.

Estimated manual reproduction: 12–24 hrs

WORK ITEM 06 / 09

Reporting and supporting runtime

A crawl, Search Console baseline, limited search-result checks, PDF reports and isolated reporting setup established what was known before release.

  • The initial audit checked 132 URL records, including redirects and discovery variations—not 132 unique pages.
  • Supplied reporting workflows were packaged and an isolated export runtime tested; they were not created from scratch.
  • GA4 web-stream access was unavailable; sessions, leads, bookings and post-release business uplift remain unmeasured.

Estimated manual reproduction: 7–13 hrs

WORK ITEM 07 / 09

Staff-feedback release

Team feedback became another published refinement to the map and schedule.

  • Larger markers and badges, clearer truck colors and tech initials improve scanning on phones.
  • List dates remain visible even without matching jobs, and recorded blocked-time entries show staff availability without inventing days off.
  • Validated HighLevel contact links open in the CRM after sign-in; the integration does not write CRM records.

Estimated manual reproduction: 5–9 hrs

WORK ITEM 08 / 09

Controlled releases and checks

The work moved through Git-backed production workflows with explicit owner release decisions.

  • There were 15 successful production workflow runs during the window; only three explicit approvals were recovered from the available conversation record.
  • Initial public-site release checks recorded 314 HTTP assertions and 30 browser route/viewport visits; the latest staff release included responsive, password/navigation, contrast and offline-privacy checks.
  • These scoped checks do not amount to a whole-site accessibility certification or a measurement of time saved.

Estimated manual reproduction: 6–10 hrs

WORK ITEM 09 / 09

Treatment checklist warning

A prominent thermofoil-cabinet warning and acknowledgment were added to the treatment-preparation checklist.

  • The guidance was added in a deterministic content migration and published with the September 24 staff-schedule refinement.
  • The request-to-local-completion interval was 2 minutes 30 seconds, not a measurement of active labor.

Estimated manual reproduction: 1–2 hrs

Tools used

The tools behind the delivered work.

Each tool had a specific role. A connected service is not, by itself, evidence of a business result.

  • WordPress + PHP site · protected staff interfaces
  • HighLevel appointment · contact · blocked-time data
  • Leaflet + OpenStreetMap dispatch map · base tiles
  • Nominatim + OSRM geocoding · route estimates
  • Git + GitHub Actions commits · deployment record
  • Browser checks responsive · protected-route checks

HighLevel data is read-only in these staff tools · GA4 outcomes not available

The result and its limits

Staff tools delivered. Business uplift not yet measured.

The documented work was released to the client's production site during a 14-day window. The owner reports about two hours of personal input. A specialist reproducing the delivered scope by hand is estimated at 91–160 hours: a numerical difference of roughly 89–158 hours, not a measured total labor saving. Business outcomes remain unmeasured.

How to read this record

The project window is September 18–October 1, 2026, inclusive. The 23 commits span six commit dates and include implementation, refinements and housekeeping. Fifteen successful deployment workflows are not fifteen verified human approvals. Three explicit approvals were recovered from the available conversations; that is not proof that every change received a separately recorded review.

*The 87.45% figure compares 7,370,872 original image bytes with 925,168 bytes for one largest WebP variant per original across 12 images. It is not a page-speed, ranking or total page-weight improvement. The 28 consolidated city-parent URLs use one-hop redirects; the parent records were not deleted.

The owner reports spending about two hours personally on this project; this is a retrospective firsthand estimate, not a recovered timesheet. The 91–160-hour manual estimate is the sum of 15 non-overlapping specialist workstreams grouped into nine cards above. It assumes an experienced WordPress/PHP/frontend specialist with the existing theme, HighLevel access, supplied reference guide, owner facts/assets and reusable libraries. It excludes from-scratch CRM or native apps, new brand discovery and unperformed comprehensive SEO/AI testing. Subtracting about two hours yields an illustrative 89–158-hour difference between unlike measures, not a verified total labor saving: other human labor and agent active-compute hours were not recorded.

The examples show distinct request-to-readiness and approval-to-deployment intervals. They are elapsed clock time, not labor, and should not be added together. Neither the 14 calendar days nor the 10m 36s combined duration of production workflows is a timesheet. The documented client site and staff-tool releases went to production. GA4 web-stream access and post-release business outcomes remain open. The client is unnamed and no private staff visuals or customer records are shown.
